- Niina Grönqvist is Head of Carbon Business and Co-founder of Hycamite. She leads the commercialisation of low-carbon carbon products and the development of customer-driven business strategies for advanced carbon materials. With more than 20 years of experience in process chemistry, industrial materials, technology commercialisation, and international B2B business, she has played a key role in bringing graphitic carbon, battery-grade graphite, and carbon nanomaterials from development into customer validation and commercial applications. Her work focuses on market-driven product development, customer partnerships, commercial scale-up, and business model development across the battery, polymer, rubber, tyre, composite, and advanced materials industries.
